My name is Tiffani Rose and I am the Founder of Cultivating GEMS, Inc. This organization was birthed from my desire to be the woman that I needed when I was a teenager. As a woman of God, I believe that it is imperative to Cultivate the next generation of young women to live their most fulfilling lives in Christ!

My goal is to empower every young woman to be bold, determined, and impactful! I would love to connect with you and share more information about Cultivating GEMS, Inc. If you have questions about the organization, please contact me on our contact page. I look forward to speaking with you!

ABOUT

Cultivating GEMS, Inc. is an organization that prepares young women (12-18) to live a fulfilling life in Christ.  This is achieved through workshops held monthly from September through June and partnerships with local schools. The workshops are designed to educate, engage, and empower the GEMS. We will cover topics such as purpose, finances, health, politics, diversity, and many others. We also give the GEMS an opportunity to receive a scholarship at the end of the program.

Our Mission

To connect, educate, support, and cultivate the next generation of women to become influential leaders, empowering others to achieve greatness, making a difference in their communities, and boldly share the love of Christ with all people!

Am I a girl of virtue whose worth has nothing to do with what I have, where I’ve been, or what I’ve done? My worth is because HE CREATED ME and I am A GEM in HIS EYES because HE sees like no other.
I SPARKLE with HIS TOUCH, and I SHINE FROM WITHIN. WHO AM I WITH ALL MY WORTH, “A CULTIVATING GEM.”
— Vicki T. Rose, the poem, "Who Am I"

What We HAVE Achieved

  • Introduce the young ladies to skills and experiences, such as, business etiquette, car maintenance, public speaking, and other great tools for success.

  • Donated school supplies and business attire to students.

  • We have held over 20 workshops and reached over 100 students.

  • We have mentored young women and encouraged them to mentor the next generation of women.
